“Franco and his colleague did a great job replacing our bath. Once the old bath came out, they discovered the flooring underneath was completely rotten and needed replacing before they could continue. Franco explained exactly what materials were needed, then carried on with what he could while we went out to get everything. What was originally expected to be a fairly straightforward job turned into a much bigger one, but they worked really hard and stayed until the evening to get everything finished properly. The new bath looks great and feels really solid. Both were friendly, helpful and hardworking throughout, and Franco was clear and fair about the additional cost for the unexpected extra work. Really pleased with the finished job and would happily use them again. Definitely recommend.”
